Watermelon with Feta Tofu - Summer Recipe in a Jar

What you need:

  • 1 x Ball Mason Jar | Wide | 700ml
  • 1 x Ball Mason Jar | Spiral | 475ml
  • • 2 slices of watermelon
  • • 1 tablespoon germinated sprouts or 1 handful of sprouts
  • • Tofu Feta
  • Tofu Feta:
  • • 200 g natural tofu
  • • 30 ml lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • • 30 ml olive oil
  • • 1 tbsp yeast flakes
  • • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • • 1-2 teaspoons of salt (as desired)

And here's how it works:

First prepare the tofu feta. To do this, roughly crumble natural tofu with your hands or a fork. Mix well with lemon juice, olive oil, yeast flakes, onion powder and salt. Set the tofu feta aside in the FAVORITE JAR . Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes. First layer the watermelon in the Ball Mason Jar | Wide | 700 ml and the Ball Mason Jar | Spiral | 475 ml , then spread the tofu feta on top and finally top with sprouts. Close tightly, pack the FAVORITE JAR in your bag and off to the office, swimming pool or the mountains!
