4. Collection and processing of personal data when ordering, registering for a customer account and contacting us

The user's details are stored for the purpose of processing the request and for possible follow-up questions. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If your contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Registered users can change or delete the data provided at any time and receive information about the stored data at any time. Old orders are also saved in your customer account so that you can order the same thing again. You can manage this yourself and delete it if necessary.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. This is the case for the data collected during the registration process to fulfill a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures when the data is no longer required to carry out the contract. 6. Data processing by third parties
To process your order, we work with service providers who support us in whole or in part in the implementation of concluded contracts. Certain personal data is transmitted to these service providers in accordance with the following information.
In order to fulfil the contract in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter b of GDPR, we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, DHL GmbH, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. 5. Right to information according to Art. 19 GDPR:
If you have asserted your right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing vis-à-vis the responsible party, this party is obliged to inform all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you was disclosed of said rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, unless doing so should prove impossible or involve disproportionate expenditure. You have the right to be informed of these recipients.
6. Right to data portability according to Art. 20 GDPR:
You have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transmitted to another controller, where technically feasible;
7. Right to withdraw consent pursuant to Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR:
Any data processing that takes place based on your consent can be stopped as soon as you revoke your consent. The revocation can be made at any time and with effect for the future. Since we are obliged to store the consents given due to our accountability obligations, the revocation must be made in writing, whereby a revocation by email is sufficient.
