Storing your homemade vegetable broth paste

You can fill the finished paste in a glass jar in different sizes into a FAVORITE JAR and store it either in the fridge or even in the freezer for longer. Wash vegetables, peel if necessary and roughly dice.
Mix the soup vegetables and salt in a food processor or with a hand blender for 1-2 minutes. You can leave the paste grainier and coarser if you like. Pour into clean, preferably boiled Ball Mason jars and store in the fridge. As with store-bought vegetable stock, use 1-2 teaspoons of vegetable stock to 250 ml of water.
The vegetable stock paste will last for 3-4 months in the fridge. Always use a clean spoon to take it out, this way it will last longer and you will prevent mold.
