How do you grow sprouts yourself?
Spread the sprout seeds in the Mason jar, add a little water and leave to soak overnight. The next morning, pour the water over the sieve lid, rinse the seeds and leave them upside down for about 15 minutes. The water can run off through the sieve, leaving the sprouts and seeds in the jar. Then lay the jar on its side and rinse the sprouts with water every morning and evening. This way they will multiply all by themselves.
