Mason Jar Lunchbox with stainless steel container for separating liquid and dry Close the sustainable lunch box with the airtight lid and take it with you - guaranteed without leaking!

The small stainless steel insert separates liquid from dry - and the ideas are endless:

  • salad and dressing
  • pasta and sauce
  • rice and sauce
  • curd and vegetables
  • muesli and yogurt
  • soup and croutons
  • strawberries and chocolate...

We personally don't like it at all when pasta and sauce, for example, just become a mush - so we always have to separate them! Tastes fresher :) That's why we love our LIEBLINGSGLAS lunchbox so much - everything stays fresh and crisp in the jar! You can also put the Ball Mason lunchbox insert in all Mason jars with a wide mouth and replace them that way.

Hummus with Spinach and Feta

Spicy and delicious: hummus with spinach and feta What you need: Hummus: (for approx. 475 ml hummus)
  • 300 g chickpeas
  • 50 g fresh spinach
  • 100 g feta
  • 1 teaspoon tahini
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 small bunch of dill
  • 1 handful of pine nuts
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper
Flatbread/Naan bread:
  • 150 g rye flour
  • 1 teaspoon rice syrup
  • 30 g yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
And here's how it works: Hummus - Put chickpeas, spinach, feta, dill, pine nuts, tahini, lemon juice (half a lemon) and a little olive oil (1-2 tablespoons) in a blender and puree finely. Bread - Mix the flour, yeast, rice syrup, yogurt, 1 cup of salt and olive oil in a mixer until you get a smooth dough. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place or in the oven with the light on. Form the dough into 4 small balls and press them flat. One loaf should be about 1 cm thick. Heat the pan and fry with a little (a little... don't fry :) ) oil in the pan for about 4 minutes at medium temperature. The lunch box is available in 3 different sizes: Hummus with Naan Bread from the Pan By the way, chickpeas are a perfect snack and are especially great at lunchtime: chickpeas have lots of fiber and keep you full for a long time! The body has to process the little peas all day long - and our intestines love that! :) Inspired by Donna Hay
