Honey Garlic Recipe

Fermentation time: 2-4 weeks

Jar : Oleni Mason Jar | 300ml

Preparation:

  1. Peel the garlic and fill the garlic cloves into the FAVORITE JAR.
  2. Fill the glass with honey, leaving about 2 fingers of space to the rim of the glass.
  3. Place the fermentation attachment on the jar and close it with the stainless steel ring.
  4. Every 1-2 days, shake the jar slightly from left to right to keep the garlic covered with honey.
  5. After about 1 week, small bubbles will form - fermentation has started. Now you can replace the fermentation lid with the airtight lid and let the garlic continue to ferment for 3 weeks. Over time, the honey will no longer be sticky but almost liquid. The garlic can be eaten at any time - the longer it ferments, the more intense the taste becomes.
