Pumpkin Chai Pudding
While we are still enjoying our best lentil curry in our FAVORITE JAR , the next autumn recipe is already here! Pumpkin is on everyone's lips and we can't get enough of it either. Whether savory from the oven or sweet in this delicious pumpkin chia pudding , pumpkin is versatile and tastes great on absolutely everything when seasoned properly. In sweet dishes, the pumpkin in our FAVORITE JAR needs a nice seasoning and we have conjured that up in our Pumpkin Spice with the stainless steel spice lid .

Perfect dosing with spice lids
Perfectly measure out your pumpkin spice with the stainless steel Mason Jar spice lid. This way, your spices are not only a visual eye-catcher on the table. What you need:- 3 x Ball Mason Jar | Regular | 240ml
- 500 ml plant-based milk (coconut milk, almond milk, ...)
- 50 g chia seeds
- 1 can of coconut milk (chill overnight)
- 150 g pumpkin puree
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
Stir the chia seeds into the plant-based milk with a whisk. Pour the chia pudding into your FAVORITE GLASS and leave to soak in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
Put the solid part of the coconut milk into a high-performance blender and beat with the pumpkin puree, maple syrup and pumpkin spice and spread on the chia pudding.
Pumpkin Spice
What you need:
- 1 x Ball Mason Jar | Quilted | 120ml
- 1 x stainless steel spice lid
- 3.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1.5 tsp ground cloves
- 1.5 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Mix all ingredients in the Ball Mason Jar | Quilted | 120 ml and close with the stainless steel spice lid .
