Nikolaus Energy Balls in a Glass

What you need: (for about 20 Energy Balls) For the coating of the Energy Balls:
  • tsp acai powder
  • tsp matcha powder
  • coconut flakes
And here's how it works: First, we chop and grind the nuts with a food processor. Remove the pits from the dates and mix them with the remaining ingredients until a sticky mass forms. Now we form small balls and put them aside until they are all ready. For the Christmas look we now need acai powder, matcha and coconut flakes. Put the individual ingredients in a bowl and turn the energy balls in it until they are covered on all sides. You can spread the matcha powder and acai powder a little with your finger so that too much doesn't stick to one spot. Now it's time to put the energy balls in the glass - a little Santa surprise for your colleagues fits perfectly in the Mini Jar . 3 small balls fit perfectly in the Ball Mason Jar. A larger portion fits perfectly in the Ball Mason Jar | Regular | 475 ml - together with the chalkboard paint lid you can leave a pretty message on the jar. There are particularly pretty ideas for decorating Christmas presents in the Frau Hölle Christmas Guide and of course in the wonderful lettering book "Hand Lettering Projects".
