What you need: butter crumbs:
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 50 g ground hazelnuts
  • powdered sugar
fruit sauce:
  • 200 g fruit (e.g. strawberry, apricot, plum)
And here's how it works:
For the dough, mix all the ingredients with a fork, knead and chill for at least 30 minutes. In the meantime, you can finely puree your fruit in a blender. Form small dumplings from the dough and cook them in a pan of water for about 10-15 minutes. For the breadcrumbs, melt the butter in a pan and lightly brown the breadcrumbs and hazelnuts. Remove the dumplings from the water with a ladle, roll them in the breadcrumbs and sprinkle with icing sugar.
