Tahini dressing: Instead of tahini, you can also use nut butter, such as peanut butter, cashew butter, or pumpkin seed butter. We particularly like it in salads with noodles, glass noodles, or other Asian noodles together with crunchy vegetables such as carrot strips, spring onions, and sprouts. You can easily grow these yourself using the sprouting lid for your FAVORITE JAR . Curry dressing: Curry and the spices it contains are generally warming. However, we only use 1 teaspoon of it in the dressing. This gives it a delicious curry taste, but has no other effect. We like this dressing best in salads with grains, pulses or rice . Quinoa, millet and rice salad are our favourites. Herb dressing: You can also use frozen herbs for the herb dressing. We puree the ingredients again in a blender. Alternatively, you can use 1 teaspoon of rocket pesto instead of the herbs, you don't have to puree it and it tastes so delicious. Just shake and off you go.
