What you need:- 1 x Ball Mason Jar | Sharing Elite | 950ml
- 1 x Ball Mason Jar | Wide | 950ml
- 200 g oat flakes
- 100 puffed amaranth or soy crispies
- 30 g almonds roughly chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 60 g coconut oil
- 80 g honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 20 g coconut chips
- 20 g dried cranberries
- 30 g chopped pistachios
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the oat flakes, puffed amaranth, almonds and salt in a bowl. Heat the coconut oil and honey in a small saucepan, melt and add to the dry ingredients. Mix everything well so that all ingredients get some of the coconut oil and honey mixture. Place the granola on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread it evenly. Bake at 180°C top and bottom heat for 10 minutes. Then remove briefly, turn and bake for another 10 minutes. Keep an eye on the granola so that it doesn't get too dark. Allow to cool, mix with coconut chips, dried cranberries and pistachios. Store in an airtight container in your FAVORITE JAR .
