Christmas muesli mix
Christmas muesli mix
Sustainable packaging
When we want to make our loved ones happy, we like to give useful gifts that can be used or eaten straight away. We especially like small gifts that make someone's day or life easier, and we therefore prefer to give homemade DIY gifts. To add a little Christmas spirit, we mixed a few sugar stars and pearls into the granola, which shimmer through the glass. We quickly turned the lunchbox insert over to create a little hat. Then decorate it with a handwritten card and some Christmas decorations and the perfect gift is ready!Homemade Granola in the Lunchbox - Christmas To-Go
The lunch box not only serves as pretty, sustainable packaging, but is also super practical to use. If you want to enjoy the granola to go, you can simply pour the muesli mixture into the bottom and add milk to the stainless steel insert at the top. This keeps the granola nice and crispy and can be mixed with the milk shortly before consumption. The lunch box is also ideal for salads and dressings.
Christmas muesli mix recipe
What you need for the granola:
- Lunchbox Ball Mason Jar | 700ml
- 300 g oat flakes
- 1 handful of almonds
- 1 handful of cashews
- 1.5 tablespoons coconut oil
- sugar stars and sugar pearls
Mix the oat flakes, nuts and coconut oil and spread out flat on a baking tray. Add the sugar decoration after baking so that it doesn't melt. Place in the preheated oven at 160 degrees.
After 15 minutes, stir or mix carefully for the first time so that nothing burns. Let roast in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking tray before mixing with the sugar stars and pouring into your FAVORITE JAR .
