Vegan Egg Spread

What you need:
  • 4 x Ball Mason Jar | Quilted | 120ml
  • 100 ml unsweetened soy milk
  • 200 ml sunflower oil
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon guar gum
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • Salt
  • 100 g natural tofu
  • pinch of ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kala Namak
And here's how it works: Mix soy milk with apple cider vinegar in a tall container. Gradually add the sunflower oil in a thin stream and puree with a hand blender or in a stand mixer. Then add guar gum (depending on consistency), mustard, agave syrup, salt, turmeric and kala namak and mix briefly. Finally, crumble the natural tofu into the mayonnaise with your fingers and mix. Fill into your Ball Mason Jar | Quilted | 120 ml . Eat it yourself or put it in your FAVORITE JAR in your Easter basket.
