- 200 ml sunflower oil
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon guar gum
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- Salt
- 100 g natural tofu
- pinch of ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon Kala Namak
