When our stomachs start rumbling at lunchtime, we like to order sushi in the office. We're ordering our lunch today as a meal prep. The result is our Sushi Salad Jar - an office-friendly sushi recipe in a jar. Since the tuna is not raw, it is not classic sushi. Sushi Salad Mason Jar

What you need for 2 BNTO sets: Sushi Salad in Ball Mason Jar | Elite | 475ml Here's how: First, cook the rice, season it with rice vinegar and set it aside to cool. The rice forms the first layer in the FAVORITE JAR . While the rice is cooling, mix the tuna with the mayonnaise and a dash of lemon. The second layer is now ready and can be poured into the jar on top of the rice. The third layer is an avocado paste. To make this, mash a large avocado and season it with salt, pepper and a dash of lemon. The fourth and final layer consists of mango, cucumber and onions.
