What you need: And here's how it works:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the oat flakes, almonds, coconut chips, chia seeds and salt in a bowl. Heat the coconut oil and honey in a small saucepan, melt and add to the dry ingredients. Mix everything well so that all ingredients get some of the coconut oil and honey mixture. Roughly crumble the speculatius biscuits, but do not add them to the granola yet. Put the granola on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread it evenly. Bake at 180°C top and bottom heat for 10 minutes. Then take it out briefly, turn it over, add the speculatius crumbs and bake for another 10 minutes. Make sure to keep an eye on the granola so that it does not get too dark. Allow it to cool. Store in an airtight container in your FAVORITE JAR .
