Homemade Ketchup in Mason Jar Dispenser

It's no secret that ketchup contains a lot of sugar. But you don't want to do without the delicious seasoning sauce. Whether you're barbecuing , eating a portion of French fries or a delicious curry sausage - ketchup is a must. We thought we'd try a slightly healthier version and conjured up this delicious balsamic ketchup. It tastes really good and is also perfectly stored in our Mason Jar dispenser! Of course it tastes different to the ketchup we know - less sugar, more tomato :) The original soap dispenser attachment can also be used for ketchup and the like without any problems - a ketchup dispenser for BBQs. Dosing is now child's play and we are also spared annoying ketchup residue on the edge of the bottle! Would you like to try out our simple ketchup recipe? Then click here for the recipe!

What you need: And here's how it works: First, peel and chop the garlic and onion. Heat a little oil in a pan to cook the chopped ingredients until they are soft and translucent. Then add the remaining ingredients and cook over a low heat for about 60 minutes. As soon as the ketchup is ready, it is put back into the Mason Jar Blender for a particularly creamy consistency. It is super practical that our Mason Jar can be easily placed on the blender thanks to the adapter. A little mixing and the balsamic ketchup is ready! The highlight, the dispenser attachment , now only needs to be screwed onto your FAVORITE JAR . Ready, set, and start pumping! Good luck and enjoy your meal!
