What you need (for 8 waffles):

  • 1 x soap dispenser set | silver
  • 1 x Ball Mason Jar | Regular | 475ml
  • 180 g rice flour
  • 40 g corn starch
  • 40 g gluten-free oat flakes
  • 60 g coconut blossom sugar
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons of cream of tartar baking powder
  • 400 ml unsweetened soy milk
  • 80 g coconut oil
  • 80 g maple syrup
  • 350 g soy chocolate coating
  • berries and almond flakes as topping
And here's how it works: Mix together the rice flour, corn starch, oat flakes, coconut blossom sugar, cocoa powder and cream of tartar. Add soy milk, coconut oil and maple syrup to the dry ingredients. Preheat the oven to 180° C. In the meantime, let the dough rest. Carefully melt the chocolate coating in a water bath, let it cool and pour it into your FAVORITE GLASS . Place the waffle oven pan on a baking tray and fill it with dough up to just below the rim. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180° C. Take the waffles out of the oven, turn them out and place them on plates. Close the Ball Mason Jar | Regular | 475 ml with the pump dispenser .
