Chocolate Mousse in a Mini Jar
What you need (for 6 mini jars):- 6 x Ball Mason Jar | Mini jar
- chickpea water from 2 cans
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar baking powder
- 200 g chocolate coating
- coconut chips and chocolate chips as topping
Chop the chocolate coating into large pieces and melt carefully in a water bath. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Drain the chickpeas and collect the liquid. Beat the chickpea water and cream of tartar baking powder with a mixer on the highest setting for 5-7 minutes. Fold in the cooled chocolate coating and pour into your FAVORITE GLASS . Place the chocolate mousse in the fridge until it is firm. Serve to guests in Ball Mason Jars | Mini Jars and enjoy.
