What you need: (for 2 x glasses of 475 ml each)
Here's how: Put the rice and milk in a saucepan. Set the stove to the highest heat setting and bring the rice to the boil. As soon as the milk boils, set the stove to the lowest heat setting. Stir for about 30 minutes until the rice has absorbed most of the milk and a creamy mixture is formed. Add the white chocolate and mix well with the rice pudding. Pour the chocolate rice pudding into a FAVORITE GLASS and top with pomegranate seeds. Tip: It is best to deseed the pomegranate in a large bowl of water.
