Salad in a Glass with Tahini Dressing

What you need: The perfect salad glass is our Ball Mason Glass Wide 700 ml . Together with the BNTO insert for the dressing, you can easily take your salad with you. Salad :
  • 50 g lamb's lettuce
  • 6 radishes
  • 2 carrots
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 200 g natural tofu
  • sesame
  • oil for frying
Tahini dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 80 ml of water
  • salt and pepper
And here's how it works: For the salad: Wash the radishes and cut into slices. Peel the carrots and cut them with a peeler. Divide the vegetables, lamb's lettuce and blueberries between the jars. Cut the natural tofu into cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tofu on all sides until golden brown. Add salt and pepper to taste. For the tahini dressing, put all ingredients in a jar, shake and pour into the BNTO insert.
