Salad in a jar: Our Perfect Balance Salad
What you need: (for 1 salad in a jar)
Lettuce:- 1 Ball Mason Jar | Lunch box 700 ml
- 1 handful of fresh spinach
- 40 g spelt
- 1/2 sweet potato
- 2 tablespoons chickpeas
- 60 g feta
- 1/4 pomegranate
- 1 handful of walnuts
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 6 tablespoons of water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt, pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey (more depending on taste)
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- some fresh chives
Add the ingredients layer by layer into the glass. Start with the "heavy" ingredients. The lettuce should always be on top, as it is the lightest.
Mix the dressing directly in the lunchbox container and then put it in the glass. You can make the dressing a little sweeter or spicier, depending on your taste. Put the lid on and put it in your bag - 100% leak-proof!
A lunch box is always cheaper and more sustainable than buying something pre-packaged in the supermarket.
