What you need: And here's how it works: Quickly knead the flour, butter, sugar, almonds, biscuit spice and salt into a dough and leave to rest in a cool place for 30 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the buttercream. To do this, melt the chocolate block and mix it with icing sugar and room-temperature butter to form a cream. Take the dough out of the fridge and roll it out to a thickness of approx. 2 mm, cut out circles with a diameter of 30 mm, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approx. 10 minutes until light. When cool, put 2 biscuits together with buttercream and glaze with chocolate glaze. Store in a FAVORITE JAR or give as a gift.
