Panzanella - Italian bread salad

What you need:

• 2 x Lunch Box Ball Mason Jar | 700ml
• 2-3 slices of sourdough bread or ciabatta
• 1 garlic clove (optional)
• 3 tablespoons olive oil for frying
• 200 g tomatoes
• 1/2 cucumber
• fresh basil leaves

Dressing:

• Salt
• pepper
• 2-3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
