Pancakes in a Glass

What you need:- 2 x Ball Mason Glass | Elite | 475 ml and
- 2 x Ball Mason Jar | Regular | 240ml
- 300 g flour
- 400 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- coconut oil for baking
- raspberries, coconut chips and maple syrup as topping
nut crunch
- 100 g nuts
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of salt
For the nut crunch, roughly chop the nuts. Roast them together with the maple syrup, cinnamon and salt in a pan over low to medium heat for 2 minutes. Stir constantly so that nothing burns. Place the finished nut crunch on a board and allow to cool. Then break into pieces and store in the Ball Mason Jar | Regular | 240 ml .
For the pancakes, mix the flour, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and baking powder to form a smooth dough. Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick pan and fry the pancake batter in it until it is used up. Stack the finished pancakes in the FAVORITE JAR and top with raspberries, coconut chips, maple syrup and nut crunch.
