Not only is it super easy to prepare, it also tastes really delicious. Perfect as a boost after a strenuous Easter egg hunt or as a sweet treat for Easter brunch.

Our Easter Cake Box

We have teamed up with Baetter Baking and Superstreusel and created a great Easter cake box . In it you will find almost everything you need for the great carrot cake in a jar:

  • 4 x Oleni Mason Jars 300 ml ,
  • the carrot cake mix,
  • pretty Easter eggs with a tenderly melting nougat center from Superstreusel
  • & of course instructions for baking

All you have to do is add the fresh ingredients. You can prepare the cake either vegan or traditionally.

The juicy carrot cake can be topped with a delicious frosting and the trendy pastel Easter eggs from Superstreusel make them a real eye-catcher on your Easter table.

Grate carrots - directly into the jar. With the grater for your favorite jar, you can grate the required amount of carrots directly into the jar. That way, nothing gets wasted and the kitchen is spared from the mess.

Directly in the jar: grate, bake, serve...

Bake in a jar? This is easy with our Oleni Mason Jars at 180 degrees Celsius. The small cake in the jar is perfectly portioned and is great to bring as a small gift for guests . But it can also be prepared at home and served directly in the jar .

And the best part? After you've scooped out the whole cake, you can simply clean the Oleni glasses in the dishwasher and then reuse them as great storage jars. 2 in 1, so to speak.

Add a Frosting!

For this delicious topping you only need 3 ingredients:

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 100 ml cream

And here's how it works:

1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer.

2. Top your delicious carrot cake in a glass with the frosting and decorate the whole thing with the pretty pastel chocolate eggs! Tadaa!
