What you need:- 2 x Ball Mason Jar | Spiral | 475 ml or
- 2 x Ball Mason Jar | Wide | 700ml
- 2 x Ecojarz Poptop lids
- 100 g spinach
- 400 ml freshly squeezed apple juice
- 1 mini cucumber
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2-3 tablespoons cashew nuts (soak for 1 hour beforehand)
- 400 ml of water
Put all ingredients in a high-performance blender and puree until smooth. Enjoy immediately or store in your FAVORITE GLASS in the fridge and drink throughout the week.
