The highlight: the decorations can be easily changed depending on the season, occasion and taste.

Sustainable Advent wreath

This way, an Advent wreath can be used for Christmas and later for New Year's Eve or Easter decorations, such as this one with cress . This is not only super practical, but also sustainable if you can use one product multiple times. You can use only natural materials for the decoration and stick candles made from vegetable oils such as soy or rapeseed. Or use the glass afterwards for supplies or your coffee to go . What you need: And here's how it works: Clean the surface of the Smooth jars thoroughly once - this will help the pen's ink to stick better. The Smooth jars are great for writing on because, unlike the Ball Mason Jar | Regular | 475 ml, they have smooth sides and only a small "Ball" embossing on the front - more space for writing! You can use a chalk marker or Posca marker (permanent) to write on the glasses . The advantage of chalk markers: they are super easy to wipe off, but they are a bit sensitive on glass and can easily smudge. In this case, we used a Posca marker - the markers come in different sizes and pen tips. With a finer tip, it is much easier to write and paint. Basically, however, this pen is permanent. Last year, however, we were able to scrub it off easily with a scouring pad or copper cloth. You can write on the FAVORITE JAR with a pen Now write the numbers 1-4 on the FAVORITE GLASS and let it dry well. With a few twigs or decorations, the whole thing looks even more Christmassy. Now put some eucalyptus and fir branches into the glass . Then you can put the LIEBLINGSGLAS candle holder on the glass and screw it on with the ring. The ring is included with all glasses. Now put the candles in the holder - your sustainable Advent wreath is ready. Another tip: do you have any Christmas tree baubles left over from last year? Just put them in the jar! Make sure that the baubles are no bigger than 6 cm - otherwise they won't fit in the jar :) Fill eucalyptus and fir branches into the FAVORITE JAR Uniform candles or colorfully mixed - tea lights and taper candles fit in the candle holder Do you plan your decorations well in advance or are you more of a last-minute DIYer?
