Recipe: Morning Glory Smoothie

What you need:
  • 3.5 g fresh ginger
  • 225 g fresh pineapple pieces
  • 2 bananas, fresh or frozen
  • 2 carrots
  • 120 ml canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 2 cups of ice cubes
  • 240 ml coconut water
  • Ripple Mason Jar | wide | 0.6L

And this is how it works:

  1. Peel the fresh ginger and cut the fresh pineapple into small pieces. Peel the bananas and carrots.
  2. Place the ginger, pineapple chunks, bananas and carrots in a blender or food processor.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend on high speed until the smoothie has a smooth and creamy consistency.
  4. Pour the smoothie into your Ripple glass & Enjoy!
