Today we're going to show you a DIY instant ramen soup in your FAVORITE JAR that's healthy, quick and completely zero-waste. What you need: (for 2 glasses)

  • 2 x Lunch Box Oleni Mason Jar | 750ml
  • 200 g rice noodles, soba noodles or instant noodles
  • 4 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable stock powder
  • 2 tsp seaweed flakes or nori sheet chopped
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons fried onions
  • 30 g finely chopped soy
  • spring onion
  • carrots

And here's how it works:

Peel the carrots and chop them into small pieces using a spiral cutter . Slice the spring onions. Put the carrots, spring onions, soy strips and noodles in your Oleni Mason jar | Wide | 750 ml .
Put coconut flour, vegetable stock powder, seaweed flakes, sesame seeds and fried onions into the stainless steel lunchbox insert and seal tightly in the FAVORITE JAR . 5 minutes before eating, add the spices to the jar and pour boiling water over it.
