Matcha Latte as an alternative to coffee
The alternative to coffee: Matcha!
Matcha Latte is becoming increasingly popular as a healthy alternative to coffee. The drink is made from ground green tea leaves and contains many antioxidants and caffeine, providing a energetic start to the day . Unlike coffee, Matcha offers a long-lasting energy supply that keeps the body and mind going and prevents energy crashes.
Especially those who struggle with a high pulse, racing thoughts and sleep problems should try replacing coffee with this variant of green tea.
