Grow sprouts in a glass yourself

This is really easy with the sprouting jar lid . With the sieve attachment you can grow 100% hygienically, safely and super tasty sprouts like your mung beans, but also radish sprouts, broccoli seeds or soybeans - the perfect sprouting jar. Thanks to the angular sprouting jar attachment, the jar stays on its side and doesn't roll while the sprouts grow. The water can drain optimally through the sieve - this way you avoid bacteria forming in the jar. With the Mason Jar sprouting jar you are perfectly equipped for growing your own sprouts. Here's how: Distribute the seeds in the Mason Jar, cover with water and soak overnight. The next morning, pour the water over the sieve lid and leave it upside down for about 15 minutes. The water can run off through the sieve, leaving the sprouts and seeds in the jar. Then lay the Mason Jar on its side and rinse the sprouts with water every morning and evening. This way, sprouts will appear in the jar all by themselves. Sprouted mung beans can be kept in a tightly sealed FAVORITE JAR in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
