What you need:- 2 x Ball Mason Jar | Spiral | 475ml
- 2 x glass drinking straws | straight
- 500 ml oat milk
- 400 ml of coffee
- 2-3 teaspoons of caramel sauce
- 1 x Ball Mason Jar | Quilted | 350ml
- 1 x honey spoon | stainless steel
- 50 g cashew butter
- 70 g maple syrup or agave syrup
- pinch of salt

For the caramel sauce, mix the cashew butter, maple syrup and salt with a whisk and screw it into your FAVORITE JAR together with the stainless steel honey spoon .
