Make your own oat milk

If only we had known earlier how easy it is to make oat milk ourselves ... Have you ever tried it? So easy, delicious and our favorite alternative to cow's milk. You also save a little bit of packaging waste. Especially now in summer, a matcha latte with oat milk and ice cubes or an iced coffee with homemade oat milk is wonderful. Together with a stainless steel drinking straw in your FAVORITE GLASS, you can really enjoy the summer. The oat milk lasts for about 4-5 days and you can decide how much you want. What you need: (in a ratio of 1:2) And this is how it works: Depending on the desired amount of oatmeal and water, use a ratio of 1:2. For our Ball Mason Jar Regular 475 ml, we used 130 g of oatmeal and 260 g of water. The easiest way is to simply fill the oatmeal directly into the jar without weighing it, as it doesn't have to be that precise. So we simply filled the FAVORITE JAR 1/3 full with oatmeal and the rest with water. You can let the oatmeal sit for a few minutes to soften it a little - but this is not necessary. The more oatmeal, the "creamer" the milk will be. However, the ratio of 1:2 is a perfect combination. Mix oat flakes and water in a ratio of 1:2 Put it on the Mason Jar Blender . All jars with a regular mouth opening fit on the blender. After a few seconds you will have your oat milk . This gives you a lovely oat milk. The remaining oat flakes can be eaten as porridge the next day or made into crackers with seeds in the oven #zerowaste.
