And here's how it works:
Knead all ingredients together with 280-300 g water in a food processor or by hand for 10 minutes slowly and evenly. Cover the dough in the bowl and let it rise for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Take the dough out of the bowl, form it into a ball and bake it in a fireproof pot with a lid for 50-60 minutes. Remove the lid from the pan for the last 10-15 minutes and finish baking.

Grainy seed bread (gluten-free):
  • 1 x Oleni Mason Jar | Wide | 750ml
  • 300 g oat flakes
  • 100 g pumpkin seeds
  • 50 g flaxseed
  • 20 g psyllium husks, ground
  • 100 g hemp seeds, peeled
  • 100 g sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
And here's how it works:
Mix the dry ingredients with 30 g oil and 220 g water in a bowl and let it swell for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Then put the dough into a greased pan (loaf pan). Press the mixture firmly so that no gaps are created and bake for 60-70 minutes.
After baking, let the bread cool completely, then turn it out of the tin and cut it.
