homemade granola
What you need:- 1 x Ball Mason Jar | Spiral | 950ml
- 1 x stainless steel spoon
- 200 g oat flakes
- 30 g almonds
- 30 g hazelnuts
- 20 g coconut chips
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 60 g coconut oil
- 80 g honey, agave syrup or maple syrup
And here's how it works:
Preheat the oven to 140°C. Mix the oat flakes, almonds, hazelnuts, coconut chips, chia seeds and salt in a bowl. Heat the coconut oil and honey in a small saucepan, melt and add to the dry ingredients. Mix everything well so that all ingredients get some of the coconut oil and honey mixture. Put the granola on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread it evenly. Bake at 140°C top and bottom heat for 10 minutes. Then take it out briefly, turn it over and bake for another 10 minutes. Make sure to keep an eye on the granola so that it doesn't get too dark. Allow it to cool.
Mix the granola in a blender for 30 seconds and store in an airtight container in your FAVORITE JAR .
