Spring mocktail with flower ice cubes
The birds are chirping, when the alarm goes off the sun is already shining and the temperatures are slowly getting warmer. Time to decorate the house and garden with fresh flowers. And what better way to really celebrate spring than with a delicious mocktail with pretty flower ice cubes ?
With special ice cubes you can turn a simple drink into an eye-catcher. Now in spring you can freeze wonderful flowers in the ice cubes as well as herbs for a delicious taste.
Spring Feelings with Flower Ice Cubes
Flowers in the drink not only look beautiful, but also refine the taste. You can go wild here. Just make sure that the flowers are edible : chamomile, roses, lavender, Red clover, daisies, sage, lady's mantle, marigolds, nasturtiums and many more are great!

Recipe: Spring mocktail with daisy ice cubes
What you need for the mocktail:
- 120 ml passion fruit juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 60-120 ml of carbonated water
What you need for the Daisy ice cubes:
- chamomile flowers
- Water
- stainless steel ice cube tray
And this is how it works:
Daisy ice cubes: Wash the flowers well and put them in the ice cube tray. Then fill it with water and carefully place it in your freezer. After about 5 hours or overnight, the cubes should be solid so that you can break them out of the tray with the lever.
Mocktail: Mix the ingredients for the mocktail together and divide it between the glasses. Add 2-3 daisy ice cubes and tadaa - the spring drink is perfect.
