Make your own strawberry vinegar
Summertime is strawberry time - and what's better than preserving summer and its most delicious fruits? The best way to do this is with fermentation - you can do so many things with fermentation ! Weigh down the strawberries in the glass with glass weights
Let the vinegar steep for about 4 weeks . The vinegar will turn a little redder every day. Remove the strawberries with a clean fork. Your strawberry vinegar is ready.
The strawberry vinegar should be stored in a cool, dark place.

You can make the strawberry vinegar directly in the jar, close it with the airtight lid, let it steep and as soon as it is ready, dose it directly with the appropriate vinegar/oil pourer . - 1 glass full of fresh strawberries
- white wine vinegar
