- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 can of white beans (approx. 400 g), drained and rinsed
- Juice of 1 lime or lemon
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- A handful of fresh cress or chives
- radish

Prepare the avocado:
- Halve the avocado, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh from the skin with a spoon.

Prepare the dip:
- In a blender or food processor, puree the drained white beans, avocado flesh, lime or lemon juice, minced garlic clove and olive oil until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper.
