Cookie Dough
What you need:- 2 x Ball Mason Jar | Elite | 475ml
- 180 g flour
- 140 g soft butter
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar
- 50 ml plant-based milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 g chocolate chips or cocoa nibs (optional)
And here's how it works:
The most important thing is that you bake the flour beforehand so that all the bacteria are killed, which could actually give you a stomach ache. To do this, put the flour on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake it for 20 minutes at 140 degrees. Then let it cool completely.
Now mix the soft butter with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar to form a foamy mixture. Now gradually add the cooled flour, milk and salt. Once the cookie dough is ready, you can optionally mix in chocolate chips with your hands. Now form the dough into small balls and store them in a sealed jar .
