For us, 2020 represents a major trend: baking bread. The hype about baking bread is not that long ago - many of you were busy baking bread in April during the lockdown using our recipe for sourdough starter and homemade yeast . And even if not everyone will be having the annual Christmas dinner this year, everyone can easily bake a Christmas bread to go themselves and it makes a great, creative, simple gift .
