Vegetarian Tacos Favorite JarPickled Onions Favorite Jar

The recipe: Vegetarian Tacos with Spicy Halloumi

Enough for 6-8 tacos / 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • tacos
  • 1/2 halloumi
  • 50 g kidney beans
  • 1 avocado
  • 60 g white rice
  • Pickled Onions
  • 2 tablespoons of creme fraiche
  • 1 handful of fresh coriander

Preparation:

  • Cut the halloumi into thick slices (about 4 pieces) and fry in a pan with a little oil and chilli powder
  • Fill tacos with
    • cooked rice (already prepared on day 2)
    • kidney beans
    • Avocado cream (already prepared on day 4)
    • Pickled Onions
    • 1 teaspoon of creme fraiche
    • fresh coriander
