Now for the heart of this post - the recipe for delicious quinoa wraps with avocado, carrots, peanut sauce and sprouts.
What you need:
- 10 lettuce leaves
- 150g quinoa
- 4 avocados
- 8 carrots
And here's how it works:
-
Prepare the lettuce leaves : Carefully separate the lettuce leaves and wash them thoroughly. These will serve as the base for your wraps.
-
Prepare quinoa : Take the cooked quinoa out of the fridge and warm it up briefly if necessary so that it is at a comfortable temperature.
-
Prepare the avocado and carrots : Cut the avocados into cubes.
Peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips. -
Assemble the wraps : Lay out the lettuce leaves and distribute a portion of quinoa, avocado cubes, carrot strips and sprouts on top.
Drizzle the filling generously with the creamy peanut sauce. -
Roll the wraps : Roll the lettuce leaves tightly together, making sure that the filling does not fall out.
It is best to fold the wraps a little from the bottom and then roll them up. If necessary, secure them with a toothpick.
Look forward to these fresh and aromatic quinoa wraps. They are a real treat for the palate and healthy at the same time. Perfect for a light lunch or as a delicious starter. Enjoy!
