The recipe: Quinoa wraps with avocado, carrots, peanut sauce and sprouts

Now for the heart of this post - the recipe for delicious quinoa wraps with avocado, carrots, peanut sauce and sprouts.

What you need:

  • 10 lettuce leaves
  • 150g quinoa
  • 4 avocados
  • 8 carrots

And here's how it works:

  1. Prepare the lettuce leaves : Carefully separate the lettuce leaves and wash them thoroughly. These will serve as the base for your wraps.

  2. Prepare quinoa : Take the cooked quinoa out of the fridge and warm it up briefly if necessary so that it is at a comfortable temperature.

  3. Prepare the avocado and carrots : Cut the avocados into cubes.
Peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips.

  4. Assemble the wraps : Lay out the lettuce leaves and distribute a portion of quinoa, avocado cubes, carrot strips and sprouts on top.
Drizzle the filling generously with the creamy peanut sauce.

  5. Roll the wraps : Roll the lettuce leaves tightly together, making sure that the filling does not fall out.
It is best to fold the wraps a little from the bottom and then roll them up. If necessary, secure them with a toothpick.
