What you need:
  • 3 x Ball Mason Jar | Quilted | 120ml
  • 3 x Ball Mason Jar | Elite | 240ml
  • 200 g oat flour
  • 80 g almond flour
  • 80 g cane sugar or coconut blossom sugar
  • 170 ml oat milk
  • 180 g mashed/pureed banana
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons cream of tartar baking powder
  • 30 g chocolate drops or cocoa nibs
And here's how it works: Preheat the oven to 180 °C. In a bowl, mix the oat flour, almond flour, sugar and salt with the oat milk, apple cider vinegar and pureed bananas with a whisk. Finally, mix in the baking powder and chocolate drops. Divide the dough into the glasses, only filling the FAVORITE GLASS 2/3 full, as the banana bread will still rise in the oven. Place the jars on a baking tray in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Then take the banana bread in the jar out of the oven, let it cool briefly and enjoy immediately.
