This is how the stainless steel spiral cutter for your Ball Mason Jar works:- Place the spiral cutter on your FAVORITE JAR (Photo: Ball Mason Jar | Wide | 475 ml )
- Press the apple onto the spiral cutter, fix the finger guard in the apple and turn at the same time until spirals form. Note - do not put it down until the desired length of spirals is reached.
- Place apple and collect spirals in Ball Mason jar

What you need:- 4 x Ball Mason Jar | Regular | 240ml
- 4 tablespoons granola
- 2 apples
- 400 ml almond milk
- 100 g apple sauce
- 150 g oat flakes
And here's how it works:
Put the oat flakes, apple sauce and almond milk in a pot, bring to the boil and simmer on a medium heat for 10 minutes. Put the granola in your FAVORITE GLASS and spread the porridge on top.
