What you need (for 2 baking trays): And here's how it works:
Put the peeled or unpeeled vegetables with the herbs into a food processor and grate finely. Distribute the finely chopped vegetables evenly on 2 baking trays and dry in a preheated oven at 100° C for 2 hours. Allow the vegetable stock powder to cool on the baking tray, mix with any amount of salt and pour into your FAVORITE JAR .
