The recipe: Spaghetti with roasted pepper sauce and burrata
Enough for 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 ml tomato sauce (pureed)
- 4 roasted peppers
- 2 teaspoons garlic (about 1.5 garlic cloves)
- 1 red onion
- 1 handful of fresh basil
- 1 dash of olive oil
- salt, pepper
- 1 Burrata
- 300-400 g spaghetti
Preparation:
With the sauce already prepared on the day of preparation, this delicious pasta is ready in no time. If you missed the day of preparation and therefore the preparation of the sauce, you can find instructions in the blog post (see mixing instructions).
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente
- Bring the prepared sauce to the boil again briefly and season with salt and pepper
- Arrange pasta in plates and pour sauce over it
- Pour burrata over the finished pasta (tear into small pieces with your fingers)
- Garnish with fresh basil
